Established in January 2005, Arena Huddinge AB is the official regional promotion agency for the municipality of Huddinge. Owned by the municipality and the local business community the primary goals of the agency are to:

• Strengthen and market Huddinge's already positive image
• Promote sustained economic growth and development
• Increase investment opportunities in the region
• Increase the attractiveness of the region

Furthermore Arena Huddinge will also develop and drive its own projects as well as support and coordinate other projects that contribute to the goals of the agency.

Arena Huddinge is a continuation of an earlier project established three years ago - ihuddinge.nu - that focused on the promotion of the region through various focused media campaigns and sponsorships.  Capitalising on the successes of this earlier initiative, Arena Huddinge is currently expanding its operations and is in the process of developing the promotional activities that will be undertaken during the forthcoming year.

The majority on the board of directors of Arena Huddinge will be made up from the local business community.
